Even if you have no computer designs of your product, we can use the physical part itself to design a computer-generated rendering of the solution we can fabricate for you.
Industrial Sewing
Next offers custom sewing for both low and high-volume production, and the option of single or double needle sewing. Most packaging fabrics, laminates, coatings, films and foams are in stock, ready for cutting and sewing.
We have automated CNC cutting so repeat patterns are easy and affordable with no die cutting charge required.
Totes, Dividers & Bins
Next designs many different part containment and carry systems. Utilizing our wide range of Class A surface products, XLPE foam, with corrugated and extruded plastics, we assemble totes, carriers, trays, dividers and bins.
Combined with plastic pallets, hardshell totes, expanded polypropylene foam containers and knockdown bins our part containment systems offer increased part protections with greater storage density and reduced container footprints.
Next provides unique Fabric Divider systems, intended for vertically loaded parts, packed in Totes and Bulk Bins. A significantly lower cost when compared with sewn dividers and a superior protective solution versus fabric-covered plastic corrugated offerings.

We manufacture Class A friendly thermoformed cover solutions. We offer PE and PVC laminated to 6mm foam used to cover bars, beams, columns, angle irons, and tubes that are potentially damaging contact points.
BumpIT covers are durable, wipeable and can be easily be modified to accomodate access to attached crossbars, air, gas, water, and electrical lines.
Available up to 96" in length and with repeating holes for zip-tie closure. We can customize the covers to your specific dimensions.
BumpIT Sheet laminate products are a semi-rigid form of our ISD protective surface and padded products. With our laminates you can easily upgrade and enhance any damaged or worn WIP surface, such as assembly tops, stands, racks and machinery.

XLPE foam is a versatile and durable product resistant to water, and suitable for a variety of applications when a thicker, sturdier foam is required. Using a Waterjet cutting machine we produce a variety of XLPE foam parts for diverse handling solutions.
